1. How can I place an order?
Click on the products you want to purchase as you browse our store online. Make sure to review the size guide and product details. Add the items to your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, click the "checkout" button to continue.
If you have any special instructions, write them down in the box provided during checkout.

2. Can I cancel/modify my order?
As soon as we get your order, we start working on it. As each of our products are either custom-made or handcrafted, we do not allow any Cancellations/ Modifications, once your order has been placed. Therefore, before submitting your order, please double-check it. An order cannot be changed, modified or cancelled after it has been placed.
3. How should I check the size of the products?
Click on the product you wish to buy. Check the ‘Size Guide’ (hyperlinked) provided at the end of each product description. Kindly note, that all products are nearly true to the size and have minimum variations in measurements. Please select the Size carefully before placing your order. Once placed your Order cannot be modified due to the Hand-crafted Nature of all our Products.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES
1. What is processing time?
The time taken by us to handcraft/prepare your order is called processing time. Once you have placed your order, the time taken by us to process it is as follows:
Standard Processing Time: Orders placed during Normal days are processed within a span of 2-4 business days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays.
Special Processing time: Orders placed on Special days like at the time of Festivals (Diwali, Ganesh Chaturthi, Christmas, New Year etc), Seasonal Sales, and Bulk Orders, might be subject to delay during the high volumes of Sales. During such days, Processing time can often take up to 2 WEEKS.
2. What is Shipping Time?
The time taken by our shipping partners to Ship & deliver your order is called Shipping time. It does not include processing time. All Domestic orders are Shipped within 2 to 5 days of processing it. Delivery can take 2 -7 days after the product has been shipped, depending on the location. All our Products are shipped from MUMBAI.
3. What are the Shipping Charges?
Free Shipping: All orders will be provided with Free Shipping at the time of checkout. However, urgent or express deliveries will be charged separately and will have to be paid by the customer.
4. How can I get Express/ Faster Delivery?
If you need your order Delivered Faster you can opt for Express/ Faster Delivery. This option can be availed at the time of Checkout. After which your order will be delivered in 2 days from placing it. A Rush Charge of Rs 550/- will be applicable for Express Delivery.
5. Which Payment Options do you provide?
At Purple Bean’s, you can pay for your order in the following ways:
- Net banking
- Credit/debit card
- COD
- UPI
6. How do you Ship the orders?
All Domestic Orders are processed through our Shipping Partner, ‘SHIP ROCKET.' Who ships your orders using DELHIVERY, Amazon, ECART, Express Bees, and DTDC?
7. How Do I Track my Order?
Once your order is Shipped you will be notified about it through regular Emails and SMS. Our Delivery Partners will also keep you updated about your order’s whereabouts. You can always use the Tracking Link provided in the Emails and SMS to Track your Order. Kindly note, that the Tracking Link will get activated 24 hours after you receive it.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

3. What are your Shipping Charges?
Standard Shipping Charge: we offer FREE SHIPPING for all the orders. However express shipping will be charged at 550/- per order.
4. What is the Timeline for International Delivery?
All International orders will be delivered within 3 – 4 Business Weeks after placing the order. This timeline is inclusive of the Processing time. However please keep note that All Deliveries are made only on Working days. This means Delivery will happen on all days except, Saturday, Sunday and Indian/INTERNATIONAL Holidays.
5. How can I get Express/ Faster Delivery?
If you need your order Delivered Faster you can opt for Express/ Faster Delivery, simply message us on +91 7506401592 mentioning the faster delivery for the order.
6. Which Payment Options do you provide?
At Purple Bean’s, you can pay for your order in the following ways:
- Net banking
- Credit/debit card- We accept all major cards like American Express, VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, RUPAY
7. How do you Ship the orders?
All our International Orders are Shipped through, ‘The Indian Postal Services.’ The delivery of International orders sometimes takes longer due to distance and forward customs clearing, orders being held up in customs, and other factors beyond our control. Please allow us a maximum time frame of 30 days from the order date. All custom or local duties (if any) are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
8. How Do I Track my Order?

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICIES
1. How does your Return/ Exchange Policy work?
At Purple Bean’s we put a lot of love and hard work to craft all our products. Each order we receive is custom-made with utmost care and precision, just for you. Due to this reason, we do not allow Return or Exchange on any of our products except:
- Products that are wrongly
- Products that are Damaged in Transit
We, therefore, request you to please review your order carefully before placing it.
2. My product is Damaged in Transit. What should I do?
We regret that you had to experience this. Your satisfaction with each purchase is our main priority. Please send us some pictures and a video of the shipment, along with details on how the damage happened, to sales@purplebeanaccessories.com
If the item was damaged in transit, we will make every effort to meet your entire satisfaction and provide a replacement immediately.
3. Can I Return Products purchased during the Sale?
Unfortunately, we do not allow any Return, Refund or Exchange on items purchased during the Sale period.
